Why? it kept hanging!!! Powered on the m|o TV needs at least 10mins... WTF?!!!!

Called them today, April 3rd, to cancel the service, and i am going to pay?! NO WAY!
They said the technical support guys will call me back, well lets see how long they will take.

23rd February 2010 - Went out with Stephanie for a photography session.

Initially, went to little india for some photo taking session, however we did not find any interesting to shoot at till we reached the flea market, where there is 1 uncle and 1 aunty wanted us to take a picture for them. LOL. It's not posted here.

We then drive to the esplanade to take some classic photos of Singapore, and in the afternoon i saw this cute tourism (should be korean) with her friend taking snap shots of Merlion, and well i secretly took a photo of her. Well, if you happened to be reading this, i will be glad to send it to you (or take it down). heehee

I wanted to take a shot of the old supreme court, but the lights was not on, i am not sure why myself. hence, the traffic shot.. pretty classic i guess, nothing special.

Woah! did you heard that OUR very own Singapore Paralympic team WON a fucking GOLD!!! I bet they must be real happy to come back to Singapore and i congraulate them whole heartedly, THEY HAD DONE IT! woooo! GOLD LEH!

Can our heavy imported table tennis team do it? I DOUBT IT IN A HUNDRED YEARS LAH! make that a thousand! They come back to Singapore thinking that they are such pro, and they can give those stupid face to the Singapore crowd. Then crashed out of the table tennis competition held somewhere. AIYAH! Last week, i went for my flight's retreat @ changi haven. I must say Singapore's SAF Chalet are pretty good! The rooms are good and the view of the sea is absolutely magnificant! thumbs up!
I brought my friend's dSLR with me, and took quite a number of pictures!! haha. There is plenty of nice view to shoot, and there is this botak tree which is so nice! wonder how it get there?! hahaha

My friend lent me his dSLR camera, it's a Nikon D40! [Thanks ying qin!! =D] But i am a total camera noob, set the shutter speed, set the ISO then the exposure, then u zoom and focus. You see i am so comfortable with my sony T20 with all those automatic setting, now u tell me to set it myself? i have no idea!

Hack! i still went around and shoot shoot shoot. I only posted my Best Shot (I think lah, cos i really nv set anything, so many buttons), i had alot of lousy shot which i am not going to upload. heehee.

Maybe, i am not in the best position to say all this things, but still..

They increase the price of ERP to encourage people taking public transport. (anyway i still think ERP is stupid, you make ppl pay for this road, of course congestion is going to be solved at there. The congestion will instead be shifted to another road linking to the place where Singaporeans wants to go. right? isn't this purely a temporary measure to stop congestion at a certain place? i have no idea. )

and now...

They increase the fares of public transport.... i have i no idea, it doesn't impact me, but think of those poor people. haiz..

How many people are displaying the Singapore Flag during National Day? I mean you can drive around Singapore and still can count with your fingers. My Comments:

i noticed all his prediction are bad stuffs that are going to happen to the earth. Earthquakes, high temperature, meteor strikes, this make me thinks that he is a geologist, who study about earth. hahaha. anyway he predicted that in 2014, a small planet might strike the earth. So will it or not? then he continue his prediction after 2014, i mean if a meteor strikes us, most of the human race will be dead anyway, why make further predictions?

But i guess he can tell his predictions to my insurance agent, who keeps asking me to buy new stuffs, to guard against the UNPREDICTED future. hahah. So now i urge everyone who read this entry, to spend all their MONEY. why?

I joined RSAF as a Senior Technican, but some how i got involved in designing stuff of RSAF. haha.

At first, i was designing some stuff for an event, then i'm my flight's web master. Then, i'm in the pubilicity team for CWAF Air Time. Now, RSAF 40th Anniversary souvenir for all RSAF personnel and a video design for my commander who is leaving soon.

It's kinda fun to design for RSAF, i mean it's my hobby, and i like beautiful things and always wanted to design stuffs for real! Now i have a chance to do it! But getting the approval of my design is always a problem, you see, RSAF hierarchy is huge! A simple design need at least 6 - 7 people for approval, EACH with their own opinion on the design, sometimes they contradict one another. haiz.. so it's always down to me to change it and i starts to realise i'm just design stuffs they want to see, and not what i think it's right or at least nice.

Example, i use bold colours like green and yellow, but the comment is always, "hmmm..this is a military organisation, i think it's better not to use this type of colours". ok quite true, so i always use blue [it will never goes wrong].wahahha.

anyways this are the recent rejects of my design for RSAF 40th Anniversary,

P.S. Some people might say i'm a pesudographer, maybe they are right. i just happened to be in RSAF. haha.

Recently, emily brought me to demspey road/hill for some dessert, so took a drive down to that place, it's just like villa bali but 5 times the size? very european feel. nice nice!

The concert totally rock man! he re-arrange some of the song, like my favourite song 小镇姑娘, he transformed it to a rock version.woooo. and he sing some retro song, tats super shiok la. but hor, the seats beside me is empty, so at my side it's not very high leh, all sitting down. those in the front is super high la. standing up and waving and SCREAM-ING!~!~

and tao zhe's 2 lady singer is hot! tay kewei from Singapore and elisa from Taiwan. Tay Kewei's vocal power is superb, and i really had my hats off for Elisa, one moment she is singing, the other moment she is playing instruments. 3 different instrument to be exact! Flute, Volin and Trumpet! The band are all a talented bunch.

Finally, i had moved to my sister house already. Moving out of Dover Crescent

After 23 yrs of staying in dover crescent, however on 9 of april or even sooner, i will be moving out of dover crescent liao loh. will miss my house, the kopi-shop, the neighbour, the morning bus to work, even though shops here are limited, but it's kinda quiet and peaceful here. Now i am going to stay over at my sis's house @ tiong bahru, a change of environment, yeah yeah, it's near to town, but now it will take me longer to reach my workplace.and i am going to sleep at my sis's living room leh!! wah lau, from 2 room to living room. T_T. stupid sister knock down one wall for wat siaz?haha

it's been quite a while since i have update liao loh. so tired lately leh, dunnoe why.

went to geyland for supper last week. ha! alvin recommand one prawn noodle stall, says it's delicious! but it's otherwise la. nothing special leh. even though i pose a "thumbs up" but actually it's SUCKS!, cos i scare the old time ah beng will beat me up, but the prawns are quite big. hahaha.
then of cos la, go geyland, nv go walk walk meh?

go walk walk lo, walk the dunnoe wat lorong (alot of gals one), but this time i went, there's lesser gals.(all working liao.heehee). then this thailand gal, came up to me! ah!!! SIR SIR, come! $35. no condom. hahahahah!! (aiyo, no thanks! free also i dun want). she still can say "aiyo so cute! i like ur braces".
then passed by the illegal gambling den! alot of games sia, and we shouldn't have stop and watch! cos we ended up losing $20 bucks each. haha. but the chances of winning is 50-50 leh. The banker have this special dice, which only have "8" and "9". he will throw the dice and before the dice stop, he will cover it. and u bet either "8" or "9". SO SIMPLE!! so i confidently throw 10 bucks down (min $10 max $300). and i won!! then i lose, lose, lose.. -_-" then dun wanna play liao. hahah. (eh, i won't get into trouble for posting this hor)

then on sunday i became edison chen. when my sister is bathing avril, i went and took photo of her! hahahaha! then my mom went to cover up.haha.

went down to see the car show, because i wanna see the new honda jazz 2008, hahaha. but it looks like its only had a face lift. still love mazda3.wooot!!

called the 2am: dessertbar @ holland Village. to be fair, the ambience was good!, the service is good too, the chef actually explain the dishes to you as she served you. BUT! i order a dish called "blackberry" really make my face black. why?

Blackberry consist of 3 (tiny) scoop of blackberry moussy thing, accompanied by some lychee ice?, basil sauce and 2 rose petals flown in from Australia. and tat purple thing tasted like "SAN ZHA" (u know, the china snack, one tube inside got alot of slice one.) that cost 14 bucks! omg. while my other friends ordered , tiramisu and cheesecake, and they look good and taste good. Odex had "no right of civil action" against illegal downloaders

SINGAPORE : Anime distributor Odex had "no right of civil action" against illegal downloaders.

This is because it was just a sub-licensee and not the copyright owner or exclusive licensee for most of the anime titles sold here.

This is the rationale behind the court's surprise dismissal of Odex's bid to get Pacific Internet (PacNet) to disclose its customers' identities.

The judge's 13-page grounds of decision was released on August 24.
District Judge Earnest Lau also noted that Odex was also in no position to initiate criminal prosecution.

On August 23, the judge ordered the company to pay legal costs of more than $7,000.
The judge also expressed unease over the hasty manner in which Odex tried to go after some 1,000 PacNet subscribers.

In particular, he was not convinced of the investigation method it used to uncover the IP addresses and pinpoint the alleged wrongdoers.

Industry observers had expected the court to rule in Odex's favour.

This is especially after it had successfully forced two other Internet service providers, StarHub and SingNet, to hand over the data of those suspected of illegal downloading.

In its letters of demand, Odex is asking for $3,000 to $5,000 compensation and also hinted of criminal prosecution should the subscriber refuse to pay up.

But the judge said under the Copyright Act, "only the copyright owner and the statutory exclusive licensee � have the right to take action against copyright infringers".

He added that Odex appeared to be the exclusive licensee for just one title, Mobile Suit Gundam Seed.

AN extremely rare legal move on Friday has cast some light on how the anime-distributor Odex was able to obtain court orders against SingNet and StarHub but not Pacific Internet.

All three cases were heard 'in chambers' at the Subordinate Courts by different judges and these proceedings are rarely made public.

But District Judge Ernest Lau released a 14-page written judgement on Friday explaining the ruling he handed down on Thursday in Odex's case against PacNet.

Odex had demanded that the three internet service providers supply the names of subscribers who had been illegaly downloading content from Odex's anime site.

It won orders against SingNet in May and StarHub earlier this month, but Judge Lau turned down its request for an order against PacNet on Thursday.

He noted that 'for the SingNet case, the orders were made by consent'.

A lawyer familiar with such proceedings said this means during the run-up to the hearing, SingNet had written to Odex to 'consent' to its request.

Odex's lawyers, Rajah & Tann, presented this note at the hearing. Judge Lau also noted that SingNet's lawyers did not attend the hearing.

SINGAPORE : In a surprise court ruling on Thursday, a judge decided that Pacific Internet (PacNet) does not have to give up the names of its subscribers who had been accused of ripping content from Odex.

Odex is a distributor of Japanese anime.

The ruling raised eyebrows because two other Internet service providers (ISP) - SingNet and StarHub - had earlier been ordered to give up the names of their subscribers accused of similar violations.

StarHub said the company is now assessing its options. As for SingNet, it said it had provided Odex with the names only after the firm had produced a court order.

Since May, Odex has been cracking down on freeloaders. It was successful in getting SingNet and StarHub to reveal the identities of customers who downloaded its anime illegally.

The company, the main anime distributor in Singapore, subsequently served legal letters on the freeloaders - many of them teens - reportedly demanding payments of between $3,000 and $5,000.

The tough action angered some users. An Odex company director, Mr Stephen Sing, had reportedly received death threats from angry anime fans.

Odex said that the settlements it is seeking are not for damages, but reimbursement of expenses incurred in pursuing enforcement matters. - CNA /ls

I expect this time round of extracting teeth, will the same as the last time, slow and painful.
so i brought my ipod along and listen while the dentist is at work.LOL.

but to my surprise. this denist twist abit, turn abit. and tell me is DONE! fuck! 10 secs? the upper jaw took awhile, cos one teeth is blocking the other. but he did it w/o causing much pain.
the last time, was so painful siaz.

Dr Tay of QandM Dental (Clementi branch) freaking good la. he talks alot too. keeps talking thru out the procedure. good! thumbs up for him. next time i need cleaning of wat. i will sure to find him. hahaha.

Go in for check-up.
he say okay. too overcrowded is the main reason why my teeths are like this. so he say must extract 4 teeths. wait a minute 4 fucking teeth extracted! wah lau, one cost $50! -_-"

then he told me, my teeths not properly maintain(hahah. lazy ar), gum swell, got tartar build up and needs cleaning before bracing can be done.
so when ahead for the cleaning and filling.
b4 braces can be put, X-ray of my teeths are to be done (3 times!.ccb.45 each), then the model of my teeth are to be model out. thats $100.

recently, on Stomp website a police officer is caught sleeping in his patrol car. yes is his fault sleeping, what do you know? jumping into conclusion. posting online. letting the whole world see our police officer is sleeping. what if he is working night shift til morning and he accidentally fall asleep?
